The modern spacious holiday apartments Vista Paradiso I and II are enthroned in Perledo 400 meters above Varenna privileged sun and panoramic position above Lake Como, overlooking the Golden Triangle consisting of Varenna, Bellagio and Menaggio. The two apartments are located in the far corner of a holiday resort consisting of small staggered row houses. By southwest facing you enjoy the sun until the late evening hours.

An external service is always available to explore the area on bicycles.

Swimming and wellness

Stroll down to the panoramic pool, via a 50 m footpath that runs behind the terrace of houses.
The Pool is open from the end of April till the end of September.

Beaches and a beach club are approx. 2 km aay.

Parking

Your own private garage is located in the underground parking area below the apartment complex itself.

Floor plan and ambience

The holiday apartments Vista Paradiso I and II have been lovingly furnished in a modern style. The house is equipped with a modern central heating and invites you all year to enjoy this dream location. - 'Vista Paradiso Giardino' has it's own private entrance. On entering you'll find yourself in the large living area with SAT-TV, double sofa bed, wicker chairs, coffee table, dining table and chairs plus a modern, well-equipped, open-plan kitchen. To the mountain side of the apartment is a double bedroom and to the northwestern, lake side is a single bedroom with additional SAT-TV. This room has a 'pull-out' couch, (about 1.20m wide) and can be used simply as a TV room or alternatively, as a kids bedroom or a bedroom for one adult. Also on the lake side of the apartment is a modern bathroom with shower.

Regional and location information

On-site Mobility:
Hikers and mountain bikers will love the location, it's a great starting point for tours into the surrounding mountains. The famous Castello di Vezio, just south of Perledo, is well worth a visit. There are 'birds of prey' displays, a variety of garden exhibitions, as well as an oil mill.
In Perledo there is a new supermarket, about 10 minutes walk from the apartment.
A footpath leads you from the apartment (about 2 km), down to the beautiful old town of Varenna, with its picturesque beach and harbour. Here you will find the famous Cipressi and Monastero Villas along with some very good restaurants, cafes, small shops and boutiques. Milan is approx. one hour away by rail. The ferry boat is a great way to discover some of the most beautiful places on the Lake Como.

Wir verbrachten einen sehr schönen und entspannten Urlaub Ende August 2019 in der Wohnung "Vista Paradiso Garten" in Perledo. Die freundliche Verwalterin Katya war bei Ankunft und Chek-Out pünktlich vor Ort. Sie zeigte uns die Wohnung und die dazu gehördende geräumige Garage. Die Wohnung selbst ist mit allem ausgestattet, was man braucht und man kommt schnell gut zurecht. Man merkt allerdings auch, dass sie oft vermietet wird. Über die Jahre ergibt sich so an einzelnen Stellen Optimierungsbedarf, was ganz normal ist. Die Wohnung verfügt über einen großen Wohn-/Essbereich. Die Küche ist gut ausgestattet. Allerdings dürften Bad/Toilette und die beiden Schlafzimmer nicht kleiner sein. Wir genossen Frühstück und Abendessen mit atemberaubendem Seeblick, bei dieser Wohnung ein besonderer Genuss. Der schnell zu erreichende Pool ist gepflegt und ausreichend groß. Insgesamt ein tolles und stimmiges Paket. Sehr empfehlenswert.
